This site describes a proposed, nonpartisan service. No help, hotline, response time or center described here exists yet. All targets and figures are proposed or estimated.
No affiliation or endorsement
The FBI, CISA, DOJ, SpaceX, xAI, Google, Microsoft, Apple and the nonprofits named are referenced as proposed roles, options or sources only. None is involved in or has endorsed this proposal.

Information here is general and for discussion. Consult qualified professionals for your situation.
Lawful, defensive use only
Nothing here encourages accessing anyone else's devices or accounts, jamming, or "hacking back." Those are illegal.
Acceptable use
- Use information here only for property you own, lawfully occupy, or have written authorization to protect.
- No stalking, doxxing, covert workplace monitoring, or inspecting others' devices or bags without lawful authority.
- No planting covert cameras or microphones, no jammers, no intercept devices, no offensive hacking, and no scanning of machines you don't control.
- No uploading images of minors or of someone else's intimate space.
- If you find a suspected device where a crime may be involved, preserve it, document it, and contact police or a licensed professional rather than playing detective.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed devices, crimes, account takeovers or bodily harm. Where a full waiver isn't allowed, liability is limited to USD $0 because the site is provided free.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the site's operators against claims arising from your misuse, including unlawful surveillance or inspection of property you don't control.
Governing law
The law of the operator's principal place of business, subject to mandatory consumer rules where they apply.
